Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy — Digital Course Purchases

• Students are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided they have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
• Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@learn4easy.com, including the transaction ID and reason for refund.
• No refunds will be issued after 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method (UPI / Card / Net Banking).
• Courses purchased during special promotions or at discounted prices are non-refundable.

2. Technical Issues

If a course is inaccessible due to a technical fault on our platform, a full refund will be issued within 3 business days, or the issue will be resolved at our discretion. Please report technical issues to support@learn4easy.com with screenshots or a description of the problem.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Course enrollments can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After 24 hours, the standard 7-day refund window applies (with the 20% content access limit).
• Cancellations requested after 7 days from the date of purchase are not eligible for a refund.
• To cancel, contact support@learn4easy.com with your Order ID and registered email address.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are initiated via the LP Fintech (LPM22) payment gateway back to the original payment instrument used at the time of purchase (UPI / Credit/Debit Card / Net Banking).

Upon successful refund initiation, you will receive a confirmation email with the RRN (Reference Receipt Number) / bank reference number. The amount will reflect in your account within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

• Refund requests submitted after 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Courses where more than 20% of the content has been accessed.
• Courses purchased during promotional sales, flash sales, or at discounted prices.
• Duplicate purchases (only one refund per course per student).

6. How to Request a Refund
